Senior Claims Operations Leader – Large Loss & PI

The AA is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for Large Loss and Personal Injury in Tunbridge Wells. You will lead the operational delivery of Personal Injury and Large Loss claims, oversee day-to-day performance, governance, and risk while managing a small portfolio of complex claims.

You will shape claims operations, drive continuous improvement, and develop leadership capability within your teams, ensuring FCA, Consumer Duty and governance standards are embedded across the function.
