Interim PLC Reporting Lead — Group Finance (6 Months)

Broster Buchanan is seeking an experienced Group Financial Reporting Manager for a listed, high-visibility role. You will lead PLC reporting, coordinate year-end and half-year cycles, and manage the month-end consolidation within a complex group.

You will partner with senior executives and Investor Relations to deliver accurate external reporting, ensure compliance with listing rules, and drive continuous improvements across group financial reporting. Short notice availability is preferred.
