Field-Based Property Condition Surveyor Team Lead – Somerset

RGB Recruitment is seeking a Team Leader – Property Condition Surveyors for Somerset. The role is field-based with the nearest office in Weston-super-Mare, requires leading a surveyor/energy assessor team and delivering stock condition programmes.

You will ensure surveys meet Decent Homes and HHSRS standards, monitor data quality, and support SAP energy data collection. The contract is 6 months with 37 hours per week and a basic DBS check.
