Emergency Call Handler: Calm Crisis Dispatcher

Nottinghamshire Police is seeking Police Emergency Call Handlers to be the calm voice at the heart of our Contact Management team. You will handle both emergency (999) and non-emergency (101) calls, assess risk, and ensure incidents are managed in line with force policies and procedures.

Successful candidates will undergo 13 weeks of training starting January 2027 and join a 24/7 shift pattern, including weekends and nights, with a shift allowance.
