Housing Disrepair Lawyer – Local Government

Southend City Council is recruiting a full-time, permanent lawyer with substantial experience in housing disrepair litigation to join the in-house legal service. You will manage a varied caseload, handling pre-litigation through to conclusion, including high-value and routine disrepair claims, possession proceedings, injunctions and enforcement actions.
