Part-Time Construction Talent Acquisition Lead

McGinley Support Services in Corby is seeking a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Lead on a part-time basis (3 days per week). You will own the recruitment function, attracting and developing talent to support continued growth, and work closely with senior leaders and operational teams to build effective processes and pipelines.

The role requires extensive construction recruitment knowledge and a commercially aware, relationship-focused approach to delivering results.
