Engineering Team Leader – Food Manufacturing & CI

Pilgrim’s Europe is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to guide the site engineering crew at Sleaford. You will lead mechanical, electrical and multi-skilled engineers, ensure plant reliability and drive improvements while upholding safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will manage PPM activities in SAP, allocate tasks, and work with production to optimise performance. Relevant leadership experience and poultry plant knowledge are essential.
