Strategic HRBP – Luxury Retail & Talent Growth

L’Oréal Luxe is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to champion our people and shape the retail organization in London. You will partner with Store Managers and Leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and a culture of excellence.

Based in London, you will advise on employee relations under UK law, lead talent initiatives, manage headcount and budgets, and collaborate across functions to deliver people-centric business outcomes.
