Research Portfolio Coordinator

University of Oxford is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the Physics Department’s research portfolio. You will manage day-to-day project operations, coordinate meetings, monitor budgets, and liaise with academic staff and stakeholders to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.

You will have a degree or equivalent experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and an ability to work independently while building effective relationships across teams.
