Lettings Operations Leader

Dwelly is hiring an Operations Team Leader to manage a front-line team (Tenant Find/Property Management/Payments) and drive day-to-day lettings delivery across multiple branches. You will lead Letting Negotiators, Property Managers and Financial Analysts, ensuring targets are met while maintaining service standards.

The role is hands-on, with change-heavy leadership duties, requiring quick upskilling, strong morale, and cross-branch collaboration with our London-based central team.
