Assistant Plant Manager – Transport & Logistics Leader

We are hiring for an Assistant Plant Manager at Balfour Beatty in Thurnscoe to oversee logistics, fleet and driver resources. You will ensure equipment mobilises on time, routes are planned efficiently and transport performance improves continuously.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will drive safe, compliant and cost-effective operations. You will lead delivery drivers, schedule transport, monitor KPIs and support hire controllers.
