Great Bear is seeking a compassionate and motivational Warehouse First Line Manager to join our Rugby team on a full-time permanent basis. You will oversee operations to ensure service levels are met safely and efficiently, acting as a vital link to meet customer requirements.

The role requires FLM or senior operative experience, strong people management, and solid IT skills including WMS and SAP. 4 on 4 off days (6am-6pm) with a salary of £35,596 per annum.
