Prison Reading & Numeracy Program Lead

Shannon Trust is seeking a facilitator to lead the delivery and development of its prison-based reading and numeracy programme at HMP Leeds. You will work with the prison, staff, volunteers and mentors to maximise opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.

The role requires resilience, relationship-building and a practical, problem-solving approach. It is a fixed-term post until 31 March 2027, with potential for renewal, and is based in the prison.
