Задачи

• Design, build and operate backend systems and APIs
• Own solutions end-to-end, from design and development through deployment and ongoing improvement
• Contribute to architecture and technical direction across a European platform
• Integrate with payment providers, credit bureaus, KYC/AML services and funding partners
• Help shape engineering standards, best practices and AI-assisted development
• Mentor colleagues and raise the bar across the engineering team

Требования

• Strong Python and Django experience or a comparable framework
• Experience designing and building scalable backend services and REST APIs
• Solid PostgreSQL expertise and AWS experience
• Experience working within complex or regulated environments
• A collaborative approach with strong technical problem-solving skills
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar
• Nice to have: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar AI-assisted development tools

Условия

• Up to £85,000 salary
• 15% Annual bonus
• £7,000 Car allowance
• 6% Matched pension
• Minimum of 2 days per week in the London office
