• Drive the technical vision for the owned domain within an autonomous team
• Contribute to the platform and back-office tooling
• Contribute episodically to customer-facing flows
• Help scale and build the transfer product
• Collaborate closely with the product manager and analyst

Требования

• Experience working with large-scale distributed systems
• Years of Java 8+ experience
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with query optimisation and schema design
• Strong product mindset and focus on customer experience
• Ability to prioritise work based on customer needs and use data-driven decisions to address pain points
• Enjoyment of collaboration and bringing people together to solve problems
• Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining clean RESTful APIs
• Adherence to best coding practices, code reviews, and open feedback
• Experience writing testable code and following Test Driven Development
• Nice to have: Spring Boot, Kafka, BFFs (Backend-for-Frontends)

• Starting salary: £68,000 – £87,500
