Claims & Service Adviser – Insurance Troubleshooter

CKB Recruitment is working with an established insurance business to recruit a Claims & Service Adviser for its team in Shoeburyness.

The role covers gadget and travel insurance, handling claims, sales enquiries, policy servicing and first-line complaints, taking ownership and working closely with colleagues to deliver a positive customer experience. This is a full-time, office-based position with a salary of £26,000–£28,000 depending on experience.
