Paraplanning Team Leader – Hybrid (Bristol/Cardiff/Truro)

IDEX Consulting is representing a national wealth management firm seeking an experienced Paraplanning Team Leader to oversee its paraplanning function across Bristol, Cardiff and Truro, combining leadership with hands-on technical paraplanning.

You will lead a team of about 16 paraplanners, mentor and develop staff, monitor workloads and maintain high technical standards while collaborating with Financial Planners and Client Services across three offices. Hybrid working is available.
