Strategic Charity Finance Controller

Retrofit West CIC is seeking a Fantastic Financial Controller to work with the Director of Finance & Operations and the Operations Team to provide exceptional operational financial support underpinning our charitable mission and programmes.

You will manage day-to-day accounting, payroll, VAT, budgeting, and reporting, coordinate annual budget cycles, support audits, and deliver timely financial insights to drive informed decision-making. This role reports to the Director of Finance & Operations.
