Lead Residential QS: Build Our In-House Cost Consultancy

Adara, a London-based architecture and planning practice, is building a new in-house Residential QS service. We’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead cost planning, tendering and procurement on high-end residential projects.

You’ll work directly with the founder to own the QS capability, deliver cost consultancy, and shape new propositions for homeowners and developers. Hybrid working from London with client sites.
