Head of Finance & Growth — Music & Events

360-Recruitment is recruiting a newly created Financial Controller for a £30 million turnover music and events business. This role heads the Accounts Department and partners with the MD to shape the future of the company in a creative, non-corporate environment.

You will own the reporting process for sales, provide forecasting and budgeting insights, and build commercial plans with robust financial models and templates to support decision making across revenue streams.
