Digital Infrastructure M&A Financial Analyst – London

Houlihan Lokey in London seeks a Financial Analyst to join the Digital Infrastructure team. You will prepare, analyse and explain historical and projected financial information, create financial models, coordinate due diligence, and prepare confidential information memoranda and client presentations.

The ideal candidate has a 2:1 Bachelor’s degree, 1–2 years of M&A experience, strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial modelling.
