Sterile Services Production Lead — Drive Quality & Patient Safety

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Production Manager for the Sterile Services Department to lead decontamination, assembly, sterilisation and delivery of reusable instruments.

You will supervise staff, coordinate production, monitor quality and support HTM 01-01, ISO 13485 compliance and patient safety. The role also focuses on driving service improvements within a busy NHS environment.
