Carers Support & Link Officer

Oldham Council is seeking a Carers Link Officer to undertake carers assessments, identify needs and coordinate support with partners across the Oldham borough. The role involves developing care plans, information provision and liaison with service providers to adapt to carers’ changing needs.

Based at Spindles Shopping Centre offices with travel to other locations as required, the post requires experience in social care, strong recording skills and ability to work with diverse communities.
