Housing Placements Officer – Youth & Supported Housing

YMCA Derbyshire is seeking a Housing Management Officer to support our residents in Derbyshire. You will manage referrals, assess needs and place residents into Young Persons and Supported Housing pathways.

You’ll work closely with internal Housing teams and external partners such as local authorities, leaving care and probation to champion safe, supportive housing and advocate for residents’ wellbeing and independence.
