This exciting leadership role will support the leadership team in the operational delivery of the Community Dental Service, ensuring high standards of patient care, workforce and human resource support and service performance. The successful candidate will work closely with clinical and operational colleagues to support service delivery, workforce planning, staff leadership and quality improvement initiatives across the service.
The role includes responsibility for supporting and supervising Sector Leads and dental nursing teams, responding to patient concerns and complaints, and ensuring compliance with infection prevention, health and safety and governance requirements. You will also contribute to service development projects and help identify opportunities to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Dental Care Professional to join our management team as a Senior Dental Nurse Team Leader., We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills, who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting others to succeed. Applicants must be registered with the General Dental Council (GDC) and have experience working within a dental environment. Management experience and additional qualifications in leadership, quality improvement or project management would be advantageous.
