Support Manager: Lead Social Care Teams, Flexible Hours

New Prospects is a local not-for-profit organisation supporting people with a learning disability across North Tyneside and Newcastle. As Support Manager you will lead several small staff teams, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred support in people’s own homes.

It is a hands-on role, coaching staff, monitoring quality, and developing others. You’ll work from Whitley Bay on a 39-hour week (Mon–Fri with occasional evenings and weekends) and participate in an on-call rota.
