Senior Practitioner: Mental Health & Substance Misuse Lead

Tripod Partners is seeking a Senior Practitioner for our Mental Health & Substance Misuse team in Hastings. You will manage a caseload of adults with complex needs and provide high-quality social work practice and professional support to colleagues.

You will support the Practice Manager with the daily running of the team, supervise staff, and contribute to practitioner development while promoting safeguarding and person-centred practice.
