Resident Liaison & Community Engagement Lead

United Infrastructure invites an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to be the visible contact for residents during our social infrastructure works. You will engage through newsletters, meetings, visits and open days to keep communities informed and reassured.

You will coordinate handovers of keys to site teams, provide high-quality aftercare, and manage expectations between residents, the client and our operations teams.
