Maintenance Engineer — 3-on/3-off Nights (Manufacturing)

Proactive Personnel Ltd seeks a Maintenance Engineer to join our on-site engineering team. You will respond to breakdowns, carry out planned and reactive maintenance, and drive continuous improvement to maximise machine reliability and uptime.

The role involves working 3 on 3 off shifts (6PM-6AM / 11PM-11AM) at WA16, reporting to the Engineering Manager and ensuring safe isolation and compliant procedures. Salary £51,000.
