Autonomous Maintenance Engineer – Days, Mentorship Included

Auxtronic Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a Monday to Friday days role at their Hinckley site. You will carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance on a range of production equipment, diagnose faults, and lead breakdown repairs with a focus on uptime and reliability.

You will work with a supportive engineering team, mentor an apprentice, and contribute to site improvements while enjoying a balanced work‑life arrangement. A strong multi-skilled background is preferred.
