CNC Team Leader — Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

Nicholas Associates Engineering are recruiting an experienced Team Leader to join their production operation in South Yorkshire. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day performance of a production area, leading a multi-skilled team and ensuring production, quality and safety targets are met.

You will oversee CNC machinery, robotics and related processes, drive productivity and support continuous improvement while maintaining ISO 9001 compliance.
