Tech Talent Resourcer – Fast-Paced 3-Month FTC, Hybrid

Pinewood.AI in Solihull is seeking an experienced Recruitment Resourcer for a 3 Month FTC. The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week on-site in Solihull, supporting software development, testing, data and operational vacancies.

You will build candidate pipelines, proactively approach suitable people, and conduct initial screening calls to keep recruitment activity moving across vacancies.
