Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Hybrid Role (Merseyside)

Executive Network Legal Ltd invites an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our Merseyside team. You will manage a varied caseload of medical negligence claims from instruction to settlement, mediation or trial, with hybrid and flexible working options available.

The candidate should have at least 2 years’ PQE, strong litigation knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a client-focused approach.
