Senior Reward & Pay Design Lead — Hybrid (Public Sector)

Essex County Council is seeking a Senior Reward Consultant to lead reward policy, governance and market benchmarking. You will advise senior leaders on pay design, job evaluation and benefits, ensuring fair, compliant and sustainable reward frameworks across a large public sector organisation.

The role is hybrid, based in Chelmsford, with some home-working and one day per week in the office. You will collaborate with stakeholders and unions to support workforce strategy and employee experience.
