Impactful Food Safety & Environmental Health Officer

Southwark Council is seeking a full-time, permanent Food Safety Officer to regulate borough-wide food businesses and deliver infectious disease control functions. You will advise, guide and support establishments, conduct inspections and enforce food safety regulations to protect public health.

The role requires strong knowledge of food safety principles, experience in enforcement, and excellent communication skills. DBS check and a proactive approach to professional development are expected.
