Night Shift Lead, Food Operations

Marks and Spencer in the City of London is seeking a Team Support Manager to run the fill operation and ensure the salesfloor is ready to trade. You will coordinate resources to Serve, Sell and Fill, and act as floor lead in the absence of the Colleague Manager.

This frontline role requires hands-on leadership with responsibility for opening/closing, cash handling, safety and a strong customer service ethos.
