Safeguarding & Wellbeing Champion (DDSL Lead)

Harbour Learning Trust in Lincoln is seeking a proactive Safeguarding and Well-being Officer based at Hartsholme Primary Academy. You will lead safeguarding operations, act as DDSL, and collaborate with pupils, families and external agencies to maintain a safe, supportive school environment.

You will join a values-driven trust prioritising safeguarding, inclusion, and ongoing professional development, reporting to the Academy Principal and SLT.
