eNL is seeking an Employment Solicitor (Head of Department) with 6+ PQE to lead an established team in Essex. You will be responsible for developing the employment offering, shaping strategy, and building the department with the autonomy to grow from day one.

As Head of Department, you will advise both employees and employers on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with a focus on leadership and business development within the Essex market.
