Senior HR Partner – International & DEI (Hybrid London)

IPPF is a global sexual and reproductive health organisation seeking a Senior HR Officer to support UK and Affiliate offices from our London base. This hybrid role covers recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, payroll coordination and policy implementation, in collaboration with the People Partner and wider teams.

You will help ensure inclusive, legally compliant HR practices in line with IPPF values and feminist principles, with responsibilities spanning UK and international contexts
