HR Operations Lead – 3 Month FTC

Ashley Kate HR are supporting our client in Manchester to recruit an experienced HR Operations Manager on a 3-month fixed-term contract. This is a varied, hands-on role partnering with senior leaders to handle employee relations, policy delivery and day-to-day HR operations.

You will lead on attendance, investigations, recruitment oversight, data reporting, and provide pragmatic HR advice. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is desirable; strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.
