Entry-Level Crown Prosecutor – Magistrates Courts

The Crown Prosecution Service seeks a Crown Prosecutor based in the magistrates’ court. You will advocate across the full range of magistrates’ court cases, working with police, court staff and defence solicitors to present evidence and progress cases.

This entry-level lawyer role is ideal for newly qualified lawyers and provides a four-month training plan, structured induction and clear paths to senior crown prosecutor, crown advocate and legal manager roles.
