Charity Shop Supervisor — Lead Volunteers & Sales

Lighthouse Charity Shops in Chesterfield is seeking a dedicated Shop Supervisor to run our Lighthouse charity shop day-to-day, ensuring excellent customer service and effective volunteer support. You will work closely with the shop manager to meet sales targets, manage stock, and maintain visual merchandising across displays.
