Asda Stores Ltd. is seeking a skilled IT Operations Centre Manager to lead the 24/7 IT Command Centre on-site in Leeds. The role oversees real-time health, stability and performance of technology services, ensuring rapid detection, triage and resolution of incidents across overnight, weekend, and peak trading periods.

You will chair on-shift routines, manage major incidents with suppliers, and drive continual improvements in monitoring and release processes to minimise business impact.
