Administration Team Lead — Manchester Community Health

Change Grow Live in Manchester is seeking an Administration Team Leader to manage a busy admin function for the Be Smoke Free Manchester Service. You will support new and existing service users, handle calls and emails, referrals, and monitor social media channels.

You will lead a team of Admin Staff, coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers, and ensure robust data handling while contributing to service improvement and reporting.
