Out of Hours Contact Centre Team Lead – 24/7 Support & Profit Share

Stannah Group in Dartford is seeking an Out of Hours Contact Centre Team Leader to join the 24/7 support network. You will lead a small team, ensuring service excellence after core hours, including evenings, nights and weekends.

The role is 30 hours per week with bank holidays shared on a rota. You will resolve technical queries, handle sales enquiries, and coordinate administrators to support our service branches.
