Store Floor Lead & Customer Experience Coach

Traid is seeking a Supervisor for its Westbourne Grove store. You will lead from the shop floor, supporting the Store Leadership team to deliver excellent customer experiences, strong shop standards and a positive, inclusive team environment.

You will model Traid’s values, support volunteers and colleagues with hands-on coaching, and help create a welcoming space where customers feel inspired to shop, donate and support Traid’s mission.
