Central London Facilities Manager | IWFM Certified

Tech-People is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for a commercial building in Central London. The role starts mid-September 2026 and runs until the end of 2026, with standard hours 8:00am-5:00pm across 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, coordinating M&E, cleaning, security and other services, and ensuring H&S compliance. Strong contractor management and budget oversight are required.
