Hybrid Planning Coordinator: Dispatch & Customer Care

JLA Limited in Ripponden is seeking a Planning Coordinator to join our Planning & Dispatch team. You will help ensure customer appointments are attended as requested and that engineers’ shifts are scheduled to maximise productivity.

You will collaborate with service delivery teams and the field to ensure work is completed and invoiced on time, including catering work with our subcontractors. The role offers hybrid working with three days in the office.
