What you’ll do
As an Events Operation Assistant Manager, you’ll love what you do and take pride in taking care of our guests:
- You will ensure the smooth operation and serviceof all group, social, banquet and planned food and beverage events toensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. This willinclude managing, leading and motivating the Banquet team, continuallyimproving service & operational systems, and ensuring the event spacesand environment are consistent with a 5-star establishment in order tomeet & exceed guest expectations and maximize business growth.
- You’ll also show flexibility and creativity indealing with challenges that may arise during the day, to ensure that wemeet our guest’s special requests

- Previous experience as an assistant manager in/five-star spa operation, preferably within a hotel
