Hotel Duty Manager – Lead Shifts & Guest Service

Premier Inn in Stevenage is seeking a Duty Manager to help lead the hotel during shifts. You’ll work across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay and your team has everything they need. The role is permanent with 32 guaranteed hours per week.

You’ll be on the floor, leading from the front, coaching colleagues and solving problems to keep operations running smoothly. This is a strong starting point toward becoming a Hotel Manager.
